“I ordered seafood rice, dirty rice, and angel eggs for my mom's retirement party. Chef Chai with Dynamic Culinary Experiences came through with fresh ingredients, no artificial crab meat, and added complimentary garlic bread and homemade hot sauce. Nothing was left in the pan but the lemon wedges. The seafood rice had snowcrab legs, shrimp, and crawfish.
