Chicken Meals




Southwest Chicken Bowl

Lightly spiced grilled chicken thighs piled onto a Southwest taco bowl with black beans, fresh salsa, romaine lettuce, Mexican cheese, fried corn, sour cream white or brown rice, and lime wedge


Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Baked chicken breasts (cream cheese and spinach-based filling OR sun-dried tomatoes and basil) with asparagus spears and seasoned rice


Curry Chicken Thighs

Slow cooked chicken thighs, carrots and potatoes in our house made curry sauce served over a bed of rice, sprinkled with fresh cilantro and a lemon wedge


Mediterranean Chicken

Grilled chicken thighs with Greek yogurt dill sauce, brown or white rice and a cucumber, red onion, and tomato salad, served with whole wheat pita bread


Chicken Caesar Salad

Grilled chicken breasts on a bed of crisp romaine lettuce, tomato, housemade whole croutons, parmesan crisps, and housemade dressing



Beef Meals




Lean Machine Burger

Quarter-pound lean burger seasoned with onions and peppers served with grilled parmesan zucchini spears and roasted potato wedges or baked sweet potato

Beef Stir Fry

Beef strips, red pepper, onions, and broccoli cooked in our homemade teriyaki sauce served on a bed of white or brown rice, topped with sesame seeds


Southwest Steak Bowl

Lightly spiced beef sirloin piled onto a Southwest taco bowl with black beans, fresh salsa, romaine lettuce, Mexican cheese, fried corn, sour cream, white or brown rice, and lime wedge.


Chili Bowl

Lean sirloin meat, pinto beans, onions, and peppers served on a bed of white or brown rice topped with green onion, shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Salmon Plate

Lemon butter herb salmon with sauteed broccoli and a baked sweet potato


Cajun Shrimp Pasta

Penne pasta tossed in a homemade cajun alfredo sauce with broccoli and tri-color peppers


Stuffed Salmon

Baked salmon stuffed with a cream cheese, sundried tomato and spinach filling, served with asparagus spears and mashed potatoes


Blackened Shrimp

Blackened shrimp, seasoned rice pilaf, fresh Brussels sprouts with a balsamic glaze



Vegan Meals




Vegan Curry Bowl

Chickpeas, kale, carrots and potatoes slow cooked in our house made curry sauce served on a bed of white rice


Spaghetti Squash

Spaghetti squash tossed in our house made marinara sauce sprinkled with vegan parmesan cheese


Southwest Stuffed Bell Pepper

Large bell pepper stuffed with cilantro lime rice, black beans, peppers and onions served with pico de gallo, vegan chipotle sour cream and cilantro

Loaded Potato Bowl

Smashed baked potato loaded with greek yogurt, shredded cheese, butter, chopped broccoli and kale


Baked Spaghetti

Veggie meat crumbles and angel hair pasta tossed in a house made tomato sauce, served with fresh fried corn and a small caesar salad


Lasagna Rolls

Lasagna noodles rolled and stuffed with spinach and cream cheese and topped with mozzarella served with basil pesto zucchini


Jerk Pineapple Tofu Bowl

Pan seared tofu, onions, tri-color peppers and pineapples tossed in our homemade jerk sauce served on bed of rice
